Shipment of orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki courier and all shipments outside Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki (for Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania) and UPS courier, given that all ordered items are available. In case some of the items are not available, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the volume of the order and the delivery address and is added to the order. Shipping expenses do not apply on orders over 80 € delivered within Greece and on orders over 120€ delivered to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, where delivery method is road transport (Bulk shipments and shipments over 20kg may incur a shipping charge). Shipping cost for deliveries outside Greece does not include customs or import duties. STOP is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers have to pay for these in full. STOP has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be since they may vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, please allow between 3-5 working days for delivery as external factors may cause delays. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT 24%.
